We are Jodie and Bobby and we are Artistry Rags. We have always loved our furry little ones and together we have taken that love to new heights. We would love to share our journey to starting Artistry Rags.
It all started with getting scammed online trying to purchase a ragdoll kitten. We tried to buy a kitten from a person in Texas. It went well until it came to transporting the kitten. They said that they needed another $1500 to fly the kitten to us. When we questioned the cost, they ghosted us. Gone, along with our $500 deposit. Very disheartening!! We had already bought toys, food, cat boxes, beds, cat tree, the works.

Our connection to Masterpiece Ragdolls
Determined to not let internet crime discourage us, we decided we had to look local and do much better research this time. That brought us to Masterpiece Ragdolls in Olympia Washington. When we contacted Elizabeth and told her our story, she let us know that this was not the first time she had heard this story. She understood that we had to actually see the kitten that we were putting a deposit on. Well, after seeing how sweet and adorable the kittens were, we walked away putting a deposit on two.
Fast forward 2 years and many conversations with Elizabeth, we decided we wanted to spread our love of Ragdoll cats. They are so affectionate, and charming and they make the most loving pet. Plus, what could make a person happier than a life filled with kittens? Working with Masterpiece Ragdolls and their award-winning lineage, we started Artistry Rags.

Life Expectancy: 12-17 years!
Size: 20 pounds for boy-cats and 15 for girl-cats.
Full Size: By 4 years of age
Colors: Seal, Blue, Chocolate, Lilac, Flame, & Cream
Temperament: Trusting, playful, relaxed and affectionate
